Growing up on the Northern Beaches of Manly NSW, life was challenging, Matt was subjected to bullying, suffered from anxiety, had learning difficulties and struggled with the loss of his Dad. Struggling to find his place, he battled with depression, drug and alcohol abuse and ongoing guilt over the death of his father.

The only constant in his life was his insatiable curiosity and his need to understand 2 things:

 1.  Why was his life like this?
 2.  How could it be different?

These 2 questions have changed Matt’s life and the lives of thousands of Australians.

Matt Catling made a decision at 18 years old that has propelled him into the man he is today. He has dedicated his life to researching and understanding the inner workings of human consciousness and how a person can tap into the dormant resources that separate the extraordinary from the ordinary.

Matt has achieved much from beginning his first business at age 19 to assisting companies reach The BRW Fast 100 List and being an instrumental arm in raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity.

Throughout his research and experience, he has found the key to achieving any success and following through on your dreams is simply a matter of effectively tapping into a person’s “whole mind” and utilizing all of its resources. It was this discovery that lead to the development of the Rapid Change Technology System.

Matt continues to focus on success in the field of peak performance and mind-body potential through the founding of his companies Your Future Now, Kaliber Events and The Institute of Peak Performance Psychology.

He has trained over a 1000 coaches and is a Trainer in NLP, TimeLine Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy as well as being a Level 5 Accredited Master Coach, Master Trainer and Presenter. He also holds a certificate IV in workplace training and assessment.

His ability to create lasting and comprehensive changes in the lives of everyday people in his seminars has won him the adoration and respect of thousands.
